ENT.CXD Series Capacitors are engineered to perform reliably under harsh environmental and electrical conditions that typically shorten capacitor lifespan. Equipped with an overpressure disconnector system, these capacitors are safeguarded against bursting due to aging or electrical and thermal overloads. They are manufactured using metallized polypropylene film, which features self-healing properties to ensure longer service life and stable performance.
During activation, compensation capacitors are subject to disruptive effects, including high inrush currents that can significantly reduce the operational life of both the activated unit and other capacitors in the circuit. To mitigate these issues, ENTES recommends using the ENT.CXD Series Capacitors in conjunction with compensation contactors, ensuring optimized performance, enhanced durability, and reliable protection across the system.
